BEETROOT WITH MAYONNAISE

Beetroot with Mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg of beetroot
100 grams of mayonnaise
80 grams of parsley
120 grams of green onion
50 ml of tomato sauce
1 level tsp of red pepper
1 level tsp of dried coriander
2/3 tsp of blue fenugreek
2/3 tsp of black pepper
salt (amount depends of personal preference)

PREPARATION:
Wash the beetroot and boil whole until soft
Cooking Beetroot - Copy

Chop the green onion and parsley
Chopped Parsley and Green Onions - Copy

Remove the skin and grate the beetroot. Allow the beetroot to cool a little
Shredding beetroot - Copy

Add the chopped green onion and parsley to the grated beetroot. Mix with a wooden spoon. Add 1 level of tsp red pepper, 1 level tsp of dried coriander, 2/3 of blue fenugreek, 2/3 of black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Adding Spices - Copy

Add the mayonnaise and tomato sauce and mix thoroughly
