MEXICAN Baked Nachos and Guacamole
We are certain that
when you hear a combination of words “Mexican snack” first what comes to your
mind is… nachos. (Yeah, Corona counts as just a beverage, guys).
Therefore, we will show
you a time and experience-tested recipe of baked nachos AND also an easy way to
make guacamole.
Ingredients:
For baked nachos:

A bag of
nacho chips
· Taco
sauce
·
Curd
cheese
·
Fermented
cheese
·
Dried
sausages
·
Jalapeno
peppers
·
Avocado
·
Lime
·
Chili
pepper
·
Red onion
·
Dried
pepper spices
Tomato
Tomato
COURSE OF ACTION:
1. Put nachos in a
baking pan. On top add taco sauce.
2. Cut the dried
sausages and jalapeno peppers. Add on top.
3. Add pieces of curd
cheese on top. Add fermented cheese. (The more the better!)
4. Bake in the oven
for 15-20 mins (until cheese melts and turns golden), at 200°.
5. Voila! You have a
mouth-watering dish ready!
NOW IT IS TIME TO LEARN AN EASY WAY TO MAKE GUACAMOLE:
1. Cut the avocado in
half and scoop out the pulp
2. Cut red onion, tomato and chili pepper. Add in the same bowl as avocado. Squeeze the lime juice on top. And stir everything well.
3. Serve it with nacho
chips on the side. Buen apetito!
